Your story makes no sense. Why would they cut his hand if they are not some kind of evils or had a fight or he was a thief.. and update the clues :)

 

And just because your story is a no-sense story.. ill start asking no-sense questions xD

 

Is the poor man going to have his hand back and did he got paid by the well-dressed man for letting them cut it ?
