WoW is a continue of Warcraft series(single real time strategy game from blizzard). it is based on fantasy and magic facts and your main purpose is to raise your hero and compete in the endless war against the opposite faction and all VS the Arthas' Scourge continuing from where single game warcraft series stopped.

2)How can I play WoW?

In order to play WoW you need the client (common for official and privates servers)...just because WoW is underestimated and many ppl are confused because official is way more populated i inform you that its 100% free

You can download the WoW client from here

in order to play WoW you need an account!all servers have account management pages so seek one at your server's main site.

Official Site Account Management page is here

3)What Types of accounts exist and what are the restrictions or advantages they have?

there are 2 types of accounts 1)trial 2)normal(which compromises 3 types)

4)Introduction to WoW races and racials

World of Warcraft offers ten playable races: Dwarves, Gnomes, Humans, Night Elves, Draenei, Orcs, Tauren, Trolls, Undead and Blood Elves. Each of these races has unique racial traits and certain playable classes available to them. These racial traits and class options help them to accomplish their goals in the world.

The game's races are further divided into two warring factions: the Alliance and the Horde. Characters can only talk, group, and create guilds with players from their own faction. Certain zones and cities in the world are also friendly to one faction while hostile to the other. Additionally, certain quests can only be completed by members of one faction and not the other.(source Wow-Europe.com)

5)What is the difference between Dungeons and Raids?

Dungeons are 5man instances they can hardly be solo'ed unless you are 10lvl higher because every mob inside is elite(more hp,more aggressive, more powerful).there are many bosses in every instance which drops very good items usually greater than normal items and great for your current levels

Raids mostly need 25-40 ppl in order to be achieved. mobs are powerful and die harder. raid drops are way better than normal instances but uncommon and in order to achieve one you must have plenty of free time, ambition, skill, luck to find members :P

Heroics are the most difficult dungeons.can only be run at 80lvl and as the name says you need to play really good and tough in order to survive!of course the items dropped in there are epic and every boss you kill grants a heroic emblem(need in order to buy BoA weapons and armors

6)Is there any olympiad system like Lineage?

Yes! Its the arena battleground. you can play 2vs2 team or 3vs3  or 5vs5.skill is needed in order to get teammates and raise your personal rating

7)What is the difference between colored weapons?

Grey are common , powerless , weak and useless stuff...needed only until you start getting green or blue stuff

Green are the usual stuff dropped by bosses, trash mobs, quest rewards and provide stats and buffs

Blue are rare(!),unique stuff and pretty expensive in AH ... they can serve you for many levels and they give you a reasonable boost in your image when you are inspected

Epics are the best stuff you can put on around!the most expensive in AH of course!

BoA/Binds on Account acquired when you compete in Heroics and earn Heroic Emblems and you can use them on players in every server despite of faction and it levels up it stats as you level up too every level!

8 )What is a Soulbound item?

a Soulbound item is an item binded to you.can NOT be traded between players, can NOT be put on AH but can be sold to vendors for coppers.a Quest reward is Always SOULBOUND!!!items get divided in "Binds when picked up" and "Binds when equipped"

9)How can I earn money using the AH(Auction House) ?

you can make money by placing Ores,Leathers,Herbs,Cloths,Weapons,Consumables,Armors,Jewels and EVERYTHING NOT SOULBOUNDED!!!

Using Auctioneer Addon will help you put the best average price in any item in your backpack and will guarantee you lot of golds :)

11)Safe zones,Hostile zones,Contested zones.

Safe Zones are the world zones that belong to your faction(like capital cities of your faction or your starting/low leveling area etc)you cant be attacked by enemy players unless you have turned PvP mode on but you can attack them whenever you want!(Green on your mini map)

Contested areas are the neutral areas where everyone can attack everyone having pvp mode on or off doesnt matter so prepare yourself if you face an enemy player.(Orange on your mini map)

Hostile Areas are the opposite of safe zone!you can be attacked anytime by enemy players while you cant unless they have turned PvP Mode on!.it consists your enemy's low level or starting areas and their capital cities...its going vise versa with your safe zone(Red on your mini map)

Sanctuary are the areas where there is NO pvp/killing action taken(teal on your mini map)

12)What is an achievement and what do i need by earning them?

Achievements are feats of strength and can be get only once in a char.they are the tickets for you for getting in raids.the more achievement points you have the more easier you ll get on raids groups ;)

in order to check the achievements press Y button

13)What is a talent tree?how many exist?and can this change my gamestyle?

Talent trees provide specialties and bonuses for your class and are unique amongst classes .they can change your gaming style because talent trees advance specific skills and passives ... example: a Holy paladin is a healer/defensive char whilst a retribution paladin is an offensive pure pvp char :P !!!!

14)When do i get a mount and how much do they cost?

mounts are available at 30lvl(at 3.0.3 patch they will be available @ 20 lvl and will have their cost reduced ) Mounts are useful in order to travel around the world at increased speed than running on foot! Shamans can get ghost wolf at 20lvl as skill for free.Warlocks and Paladins can get their first unique mounts from skill trainers in every capital city @30lvl(they will need to pay the riding skill only)...their epic mounts can be earned when finished dire maul and stratholme specific dungeon quests from their class trainers or if they buy from AH the mats needed.Death Knights get their epic mount from quest right after their creation and it is fairly easy!

In order to buy pets that belong to other races you need to get EXALTED reputation with the capital city which you desire to buy the pets from.example: if you are an Orc you cant get a kodo unless you earn reputation exalted with Thunder Bluff(Tauren Capital city)

You can get Pets from the arena item vendors.when you earn marks from the battlegrounds you are able to buy some unique pets

You can get the riding skills

@30lvl outside your race's capital city

@60lvl outside your race's capital city

@70lvl flying riding skill from Shadowmoon valley(Outland)

@77lvl from Dalaran(Northrend)

Just some quick stuff, There are lvl 70 heroics too, not only 80, also there are 10-man instances too :) When I manage to read the whole topic i'll tell you more ;)

Another thing, Retribution full pvp char? No! Retri's dps is magnificent in instances, also keep in mind that a prot paladin is amazing in pvp too. Avenger's shield ( silence , slow, aoe) Hammer of RIghteous (amazing damage aoe) Holy shield (heal on block , combo with Redoubt)
