Help Mob Lvl In Title + Target Skill Usage

Hello How I can add monster lvl and info about aggro in title (* for aggro, or red title) also is that possible to copy 1 thing from edkith interface? I need only info about which skill my target cast. Im using patch from this web: http://rawr.su/topic/4296-nebolshoj-patch/
