does anyone know how drop_time in fieldcycle.txt should work?
In leaked Gracia Final when no change in points occurs within that time, it goes one step down.
This is called from timer (that runs every 30 seconds) and it doesn't update last point change time, so it basically goes one step down every 30 seconds!
Is this correct behavior or is it bug? Should last point change time get updated when it goes one step down (thus going one step down every 3 days) or not (thus going one step down every 30 seconds)?
Kinda late but in order to clear things out, i did try to contact the guy but he didnt respond, probably just moved on from the L2 space. I knew him from back in the day when i was running my own servers.
Seriously though its not hard to recreate a server like that, the most important features that set it apart were the following:
x1000 with No Custom items, it was all mostly vanilla.
+10 max enchant for all items with a 33% chance.
All Grand Bosses were level 80.
You had to farm for gold bars to get the best equipment. Pieces cost like 300 goldbars each or something like that. It was grindy.
Main farming spots was the Hellbound Island or at least thats where most people went as far as i remember.
