One question first. What you did and you conclude that you need to adapt a ukx file?

I need adapt customes from god to iL

ukx contains the model, there is nothing to adapt or edit unless you wanna put the custome to valakas.

 

You must only edit the armorgrp.dat and make it fit to interlude "critirias"
