I don't know why none opened this topic earlier but it's never too late. It's summer of 2014 and that means that there's a World Cup running, in Brazil. So far there are enough surprises as England, Italy, Spain, Portugal are out of the tournament (they were considered as favorites). Also, Costa Rica & Greece caused the upsets in there groups as the bookers didn't count them as top 16 finalists.

But yours is more organized so let's keep this. Could you please fix these colours on the teams's names?

Why what's wrong with that? I made it that way so they would be based on each country's flag.

You are correct, tho I've opened the thread with the discussion purpose not for posting results or so.

Anyway, I'll lock the other one!

Yeah I know :)

Well Portugal was really unlucky, they could have won yesterday 4-0 easily but Ronaldo was too bad.

Yeah, the word is unlucky but just for that game. Even tho Portugal performed better yesterday, the other two games against Germany/USA were just too poor and they didn't deserve to qualify.

1 thing: referees are condescending too many faults and even penalties and this is one aspect they should fix asap

Yeap they had really poor performance but yesterday they could qualify.

Well that's why we watch so many goals, this is the order from FIFA I guess.

@Yhn My propose was to be a discussion topic, the poll was added as "bonus" cause  I thought it fits.

Anyway, in my point of view, FIFA is a corrupted organization and so the World Cup is a fixed tournament. Who would be the winner? I'd guess Brazil. Who would be at the finals? Brazil v Argentina. There were rumors back in 1998 about the 3-0 win of France against Brazil in the final. Those rumors are today confirmed as the stuff that were promised to Brazil as to lose the final against France came true. (World Champions in 2002 & World Cup Hosts, even though their economy is thrown to hell.
