Finding Current Effect/what Is This Effect

what effect is this? or more like is there any way ingame/in pawn viewer which i can view current effects being used?

 

I looked inside its script in lineagemonster.u and it doesnt really tell you although i know that it comes from somewhere

 

lineagemonster.ukx doesnt tell you what the animnotify effect is 'attached' to so..

can it be overwritten over an existing abnormal? for example bleed

is necessary recreate staticmeshes and ofc compile new .u file
